In therapy, we don’t ask parents to be perfect.
We focus on:
• Understanding behavior (yours and your child’s)
• Building regulation before discipline
• Strengthening connection instead of chasing control
• Offering compassion where shame has been loud
Struggle is not a sign you need to try harder.
It’s often a sign you need support, rest, and understanding.

TBRI focuses on three core principles:
🤍 Connecting – Building felt safety through attunement, empathy, and secure relationships
🧠 Empowering – Supporting regulation by meeting physical and sensory needs
🧭 Correcting – Teaching skills and boundaries with nurture + structure (not punishment)

Contact us for a free consultation to discuss if TBRI would be a good intervention for your family.
