Are you running out of ideas for that perfect stocking stuffer for your kids or that special "something" the person in your life may not have?

It's not just for "the sensitive." This is something we all need to be aware of.

One of the #1 places a child is affected by EMFS besides their homes is their school building. Just think about that for a moment. It's important to think of our kids cells too 🫶

and her company "Calming The Chaos" have helped us remediate our workplace, our homes, our cars, and ourselves so we can live in more harmony and protect our cellular strength. I wear my band and sometimes an extra one when I leave the house, especially if I'm in airports, schools, and hospitals (high EMF places). Being aware of what these things are doing to us is key. ✨️ You can not use the same state of being that got you sick to do your healing work. ✨️

Change requires change. Our bodies don't reflect who we are trying to become. They reflect who we currently are right now.

Our health is DEEPLY intertwined with our mental and emotional state. When we run in constant stress and we aren't happy with how we feel or how life is going, our bodies increase threat physiology, also known as nervous system disregulation. This hypervigilant and hightened state of nervous system disregulation is what generates our symptoms. This is the root of chronic symptoms and illnesses.

If you really want to heal, you will literally have to become someone else. Someone with less fear, who is not focused and fixated on their symptoms. Someone who isn't in a constant state of urgency to try to fix what they feel is broken. Someone who speaks kindly to themselves, has grace for the hard days, and doesn't rush the healing process. In order to remove the barriers to healing, we have to change our state of being. ✨️

Regardless of what you believe, this truth applies to EVERYONE. We are all made up of energy. And when we run in the energy of fear, hopelessness, and despair, our nervous system and our cells function poorly.
But when we are in the energy of hope, love, and gratitude, our cells and our nervous system begin to heal. Every single person is capable of changing their state of being at any time. Your thoughts and emotions have played a significant role in what has made you unwell and what has kept you unwell.

Your symptoms reflect your state of being, and when you change your state of being, you change your energy, and this is when you begin to heal. In fact, there is no greater way to impact your health than to change your energy. Healing the nervous system is the key to healing the body. The only thing that can cure you is you. You have to become your own cure. And guess what? You can! ❤️

Your colon plays a bigger role in your health than what you've been taught or led to believe. Pooping "regularly" is not always a sign of a healthy colon.

The bowel, aka the large instestine, is the very bottom of our drainage system. If it gets backed up, EVERYTHING gets backed up 💩 That means toxins get reasorbed systemically into the body. Every system of the body down to our cells becomes "clogged."

A congested colon will leave you feeling sick and tired while increasing systemic inflammation and decreasing your immune system response. 😞
70-80% of our immune system is in our gut.

Your gut/brain connection is also deeply connected to each other. 🧠 Toxic buildup in the colon contributes to hormone imbalances, poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, depression, mood swings, headaches, and so many other health conditions.
