I can't imagine not eating, I start my day with 500 calories 👀😆 Because skinny ain't the goal. Knocking someone to next week is 🥊🤣 I try to not eat late unless its a piece of fruit. So I wake up on my best grown man sh! 😆 Wheat toast, avocado, turkey bacon, an egg, topped with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper 🔥 and a cup of coffee with caramel almond creamer (one day i'll give up caffeine, but it won'tbe today!😆) And a side of a quiet and peaceful home bc everyone is still asleep, except the birds 🐦 Have a blessed day!

I know y'all been seeing alot of gym posts. I really just been enjoying pouring into myself. It's like I'm coming back to the 21yr old me, but wiser. Y'all already know I do hair, y'all know its my career, not a hobby. Y'all know I run a business. Y'all know I'm at the hospitals braiding.
