Goals by May 28, 2026...
☑️Pass all StrongFirst recertifications for SFG, SFG2, SFL
☑️Pass StrongFirst SFB - single arm pushup, chinup, pistol squat
☑️Achieve 18% bodyfat
The video shows one of three rounds of day two of my five day per week workout at 5x speed. One round takes 5 minutes and 30 seconds. The whole workout for the day is 23 minutes which includes rest time.

Note--- you DO NOT have to be in the gym all the dang time to get GREAT results! You just have to have the right amount of weight, programming, and intensity.
The lifts are designed as a combination of StrongFirst's Right of Passage, Grease the Groove, and Plan Strong, depending on the lift.
Single arm pushups, barbell military press, and chinups are Right of Passage.
Deadlifts are Plan Strong
Turkish getups, double KB sn**ch, double KB clean & jerk, double KB push press, windmills, pistol squat, and bent press are grease the groove.
