🚨 DEA National Drug Take-Back Event 💊

The George County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Lucedale Police Department, will be collecting expired and unused prescription medications on:

📅 April 25th
⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Walmart (both entrances)

As you’re doing your spring cleaning, take a few minutes to go through your medicine cabinets and safely dispose of any old or unused medications. Simply bring them by and drop them off with local law enforcement for proper and safe disposal.

Needles and inhalants will NOT be accepted at this time.

The next step forward is for the bill to be called up by Chairman Hank Zuber to either concur with the bill as amended or to invite conference. If this step does not happen, HB1665 is dead.

Why is Chairman Zuber and House leadership holding our bill to the deadline?

Will he recommend the House CONCUR or invite conference where HB1665 will be gutted?
