Due to the inclement weather and unsafe travel conditions chair Yoga will be canceled this evening. We will reconvene next week Monday. Happy new year everyone.

Starting today there is a permanent location change for chair yoga classes. Both Monday restorative and Wednesday classes will be in the music room at Scottville Elementary School. Still 5:45-6:15 (arrive 15 minutes early and bring your own chair) Individual sessions now $6 with loyalty card available and packages available online at Foresttrailwellness.com
