This amazing couple allowed us to share this beautiful picture of their little family that is soon to come, and we are SO excited for them!

This little Mamma had started her chiropractic care long before they found out the GREAT NEWS and is continuing her care throughout her pregnancy.

We have quite a few questions and concerns from patients wondering if it's safe to continue their care during pregnancy. The answer is YES!! 🎉

Dr. Chris and Dr. Merisa have many accommodations for that belly as baby grows, so Mom can still get her adjustments keeping her spine aligned.

There are so many benefits of Chiropractic care during pregnancy such as, reducing back, hip, and neck pain by reducing pressure on joints and ligaments. Balancing and positioning of the pelvis giving baby more room for optimal positioning for birth, reducing morning sickness, and so much more.

Meet Jeff everyone! When Jeff came in, he could hardly move his left shoulder due to his extreme pain and lack of mobility from overuse. After a few months of coming to the office Jeff has experienced little to no pain and has gained back FULL range of motion. Whoo Whoo!!
