Greetings! I’ve been receiving notices that my site is being viewed. I have neglected being active and I intend to change that.
If you’re looking at this for the first time, welcome to Quest for Wellness. After 20 years of focusing mostly on massage therapy (and developing the Rotisserie massage), I am now excited to be moving into the fascinating world of hypnotherapy. Our minds are so very powerful, and how we think affects everything in our life. Hypnotherapy can not only help change how you think but also reprogram your subconscious belief systems and patterns to change how you live.
Challenge yourself: For every negative thought that floats through your mind, intentionally create three positive thoughts to counteract it. Consider it a fun challenge and see how it goes!

Remember, your health and well-being is worth questing for!!

If you're viewing this site for the first time, welcome. As a massage therapist, I offer my Rotisserie Massage on an introductory basis for $45. It's a 75-minute massage.

My office is located at Advanced Integrative Practices, 901 E. Ludington Avenue in Ludington (corner of Staffon and US10). I also offer hypnotherapy. Margaret Ashton offers acupuncture and Chinese medicine, with nutrition counseling and herbs.

As you can see, I've just completed my first Rotisserie Massage training class. I received such positive feedback from the wonderful students that I plan to offer it in the future. Thank you to the five beautiful women who helped me jump this first hurdle in sharing the Rotisserie Massage with the massage therapy world. I'm honored to have worked with you!!
