Today’s Pelvic Floor Workshop with and from Renew Health was incredible. Our clients and community had the opportunity to learn how to lift strong, move safely, and better support their pelvic floor health from true experts in pelvic floor physical therapy.

Knowledge is power, and when we understand how our bodies work, we can train with more confidence, strength, and longevity.

Strong Isn’t Exhausted. Strong Is Sustainable.

We’ve been taught that if we’re not sore, dripping in sweat, or completely wiped out… it “didn’t count.”

But real strength isn’t built in survival mode.

Your nervous system matters.
Your hormones matter.
Your recovery matters.

When you train in a constant fat-loss phase, push intensity every session, and never deload, your body adapts by holding onto stress.

Cortisol stays elevated. Recovery drops. Cycles get disrupted. Energy tanks.

Especially as women, we cannot train like we’re in prep year-round and expect to feel strong, balanced, and healthy.
Progress comes from strategic overload.

From regulated nervous systems.
From fueling properly.
From honoring rest days.

Strong isn’t exhausted.
Strong is stable.

On Saturday, March 14th from 10:00–11:00 AM at Strength By Sami, we’re hosting the “Lift, Support, Strengthen: Pelvic Floor Safety Workshop.”

This one-hour session will be led by Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Brianna, Doctors of Physical Therapy and owners of Renew Health – Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.

You’ll learn how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor, support movement, prevent injury, and build strength safely and effectively.

Whether you’re a new mom, an athlete, or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your body, this workshop is for ALL fitness levels.
