These classes are designed for women who want it ALL:strength ⚡ endurance ⚡ power ⚡ and the confidence to become the strongest version of themselves.

Six years ago, I took a chance on a vision to become a personal trainer and simply help people. What I’ve built over these past six years has become so much more than I ever imagined. What started with clients turned into a family.

A family of incredible women who inspire me, push me, challenge me, and make me a better coach every single day. You’ve transformed me just as much as I’ve had the privilege of supporting you.

Menstrual: Rest or do light yoga.
Follicular: Lift heavier, try new workouts.
Ovulation: Push intensity, but watch form.
Luteal: Moderate workouts, focus on recovery.

Today’s Pelvic Floor Workshop with and from Renew Health was incredible. Our clients and community had the opportunity to learn how to lift strong, move safely, and better support their pelvic floor health from true experts in pelvic floor physical therapy.

Knowledge is power, and when we understand how our bodies work, we can train with more confidence, strength, and longevity.

You might need more recovery.

• Always exhausted – You’re constantly tired, relying on caffeine, and never truly feel recovered.

• Plateaued progress – You’re working harder than ever… but nothing is changing.

• Moody/irritable – Your patience is low and everything feels overstimulating.

• Poor sleep – You’re wired at night, restless, or waking up drained.

• Workouts feel like punishment – Training feels heavy and forced instead of empowering.

Strong Isn’t Exhausted. Strong Is Sustainable.

We’ve been taught that if we’re not sore, dripping in sweat, or completely wiped out… it “didn’t count.”

But real strength isn’t built in survival mode.

Your nervous system matters.
Your hormones matter.
Your recovery matters.

When you train in a constant fat-loss phase, push intensity every session, and never deload, your body adapts by holding onto stress.

Cortisol stays elevated. Recovery drops. Cycles get disrupted. Energy tanks.

Especially as women, we cannot train like we’re in prep year-round and expect to feel strong, balanced, and healthy.
Progress comes from strategic overload.

From regulated nervous systems.
From fueling properly.
From honoring rest days.

Strong isn’t exhausted.
Strong is stable.
Strong is sustainable.

Gianna has been an in-person training and nutrition client with us for the past 2 years, and the transformation goes far beyond the physical. She’s built healthier habits that fit her lifestyle, gained more energy throughout her days, and completely shifted her mindset around food and exercise.
