For years I tried to rely on willpower alone. I thought confidence came from pushing harder and doing more.

But real confidence grew when I stopped trying to do it all myself and started putting God at the center of my journey.

Join us for an empowering, educational morning all about pelvic floor health!🤗

On Saturday, March 14th from 10:00–11:00 AM at Strength By Sami, we’re hosting the “Lift, Support, Strengthen: Pelvic Floor Safety Workshop.”

This one-hour session will be led by Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Brianna, Doctors of Physical Therapy and owners of Renew Health – Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.

You’ll learn how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor, support movement, prevent injury, and build strength safely and effectively.

Whether you’re a new mom, an athlete, or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your body, this workshop is for ALL fitness levels.

Expect practical tips, hands-on guidance, and tools you can apply to your workouts and everyday life.

Truth: Building noticeable muscle takes YEARS of intentional training and nutrition. Strength training for women creates tone, confidence, and curves – not bulk.

🚫 Myth #2: You can spot-reduce fat
Truth: Endless crunches won’t melt belly fat and inner thigh exercises won’t target thigh fat. Fat loss happens system-wide through consistent training, nutrition, and patience.

🚫 Myth #3: You have to cut carbs to lose body fat
Truth: Carbs are NOT the enemy. They fuel your workouts, support your hormones, and help you build muscle – which actually helps fat loss long-term.

• Recovery + soreness between workouts
• Sleep quality
• Hunger & fullness cues
