❄️🌨️ When the Storm Raged, They Showed Up 🌨️❄️

Blizzard 2026 brought snow, wind and impossible roads — but it also revealed the heart of Keystone. 💙

❄️ While the storm howled outside, our AMAZING teams made arrangements to stay overnight, get shoveled out and show up to ensure our residents were safe and cared for. 🙏

We cannot thank everyone enough, or truly explain how much this amount of dedication and LOVE means to Keystone and our Families:

🐎🎊 Ringing in the New Year with Fortune, Friendship and Flavor 🎊🐎

We welcomed Chinese New Year in the most delicious way possible! 🧧

🥢🐴 Our vibrant group of residents decided on Chinese take-out, the pub was transformed with festive Year of the Horse decorations and friends gathered to enjoy a joyful meal together. 🏮✨

A special thank you to Gung Ho for preparing and delivering such a large order— it was absolutely perfect and delicious! 🍜👏

☕💛 Kindness Served Warm ☕💛

Our Random Acts of Kindness Group hosted a Hot Cocoa Bar!♨️

🌄 Residents decorated insulated travel mugs with cheerful kindness stickers for staff and residents.

Everyone selected a mug to fill with cocoa and delicious toppings like caramel, strawberry, mint, whipped cream and marshmallows. 🍫✨

🐻🎲 The Great Polar Bear Showdown 🎲🐻

Keeping with our fun theme, we turned up the excitement for Polar Plunge Races! 🏃‍♀️🏃

This was a game of chance where every roll of the dice determined which bear would move and how far! 🏁🏴

🐻‍❄ Our creative residents made up names like Dancing Bear, Lazy Bones, Grumpy, Peek a Boo, Bear With Me and Burger-Meister.🐾

Jackie, Court, Charlotte, Dolores Y, Dolores C, Shirley, Adele, Fran, Carole, Mary Ellen, Betty, Jackie C, Bruce, Sandra, and Christa cheered passionately while Sarah and Barb kept the bears on track and the laughter rolling! 😆❄️

🎭🎷 A Little Bourbon Street Magic, Right at Home 🎷🎭

Yesterday was a very HAPPY Mardi Gras! 💜💛💚

🎭 Our charming residents proudly showed off their one-of-a-kind masks and enjoyed a fun themed Mardi gras masquerade bingo plus delighted in delicious paczkis. 🍩

📿It was a joyful afternoon full of flavor, flair and fun!

😂🎤 Laughter is The BEST Medicine! 🎤😂

When our delightful resident Roland told the Life Enrichment crew that he wanted to host a comedy hour - our answer was a resounding YES, PLEASE! 🎤 😃

☺️ What followed was a room full of support, friendship and nonstop laughter as the community showed up to cheer him on. 👏

✨ From his firsthand stories as a pediatrician in medical school to his hilarious reflections on getting older, Roland had everyone in stitches and wiping away tears of laughter. 😄💙

🎉🎈 90 Years - Bold, Brilliant & Unstoppable! 🎈🎉

💥🎂 The lovely Liz is 90 years young with plenty of sass and spirit! 😄💛 She is full of quick comebacks and loves a good joke.

Liz proves that fun has no age limit and is a fan of music and competitive games - especially pool noodle hockey. 🏒

We celebrated her birthday during our Valentine's party. Joined by her niece, she had the best seat in the house! 🎉💕

🌹🥂 An Afternoon of Elegance, Romance & Song 🥂🌹

Our Valentine’s week was nothing short of enchanting. 💕✨

👩‍❤️‍👨 Keystone Couples enjoyed a private lunch prepared by Life Enrichment in our beautifully decorated pub, where roses and chocolates adorned the tables.🌹🍫

The celebration continued with lovely gift bags from Ludlow Cares and a Valentine's happy hour complete with 🍹 strawberry daiquiris and snacks. In the evening, we served a special dinner of 🥩steak or 🍤 shrimp scampi and red velvet cake for dessert. 🎂

Happy 95th birthday to Harriet—one of our original Keystone residents and a true pillar of our community.🎉💐

She has been a resident of Keystone for 18 wonderful years and stays actively involved in the community - through book club, hosting Monday night Bingo, welcoming new residents and enjoying canasta, Pokeno, Chef’s Club and Smile Club! 😊♣️

We served Red Rose pizza as he led an engaging discussion on living with hip and knee pain — a topic close to home for many and deeply appreciated by all.
