💐 A Special Day for the Heart of Our Life Enrichment Team! 🥰

Our amazing community came together to honor our Life Enrichment Director, the fabulous Amy Creasia! 🎉

✨💛 Amy inspires her team each day with her energy, creativity and passion for caring — always putting residents first and filling our days with joy and purpose.

USUALLY, she is the glue that holds all the FUN together, but we shocked her and pulled off the perfect surprise! (shhh 🤫) It took almost two weeks of secret planning!🎈🎁

We spent the day celebrating how much she means to us all. 💌Our thoughtful residents wrote heartfelt notes that we put in a basket for Amy to read when she gets home.

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes This Veterans Day 🎖️

Yesterday, we paused to honor and remember the brave individuals who have served our country with courage and dedication with a with a beautiful ceremony and luncheon. ❤️🤍💙

BIG thank you to Brigadier General, George for performing the call to attention 🇺🇸 as well as Kim, Melissa, Julie and Cara from Brookhaven Hospice for sponsoring our event.

We are proud to stand alongside our veterans, including many that call a Keystone community home. 💗🎖️ Their sacrifices have safeguarded the freedoms we enjoy every day, and for that, we are deeply grateful. 🙏

We ended last week on a high note with the wonderful Steven on piano! 🎶

💻 Staying Smart & Safe Online! 🧠🔒

A huge thank you to Art and his team from Post Computers for visiting us! 🙌

They led an incredibly helpful class on online safety and security — covering everything from recognizing suspicious links, creating strong passwords, backing up important documents and knowing when to click. (and when not to!) 💻🧾

Our residents loved learning these valuable digital skills and knowing that Post Computers is always there to help brings peace of mind. 💙

The lovely Mary enjoyed a 🥂 romantic dinner for two in our pub with her husband, savoring her favorite - 🍤 baked stuffed shrimp.

Linda and her friends in Holistic Harbors delighted in her favorite dish - baked macaroni and cheese. 🧀

🌟 Pinterest vs. Reality — Keystone Commons Edition! 😂🍪

Sometimes baking projects don’t go quite as planned… and that’s half the fun when we are enjoying spending time with friends.

Our beloved residents set out to make these gorgeous stained-glass star cookies ⭐— but let’s just say… ours had a little more character! 😆🍪

Dorothy, Una, Linda, Jeannine and Louise had a blast crushing candy (a crowd favorite!) and laughing their way through the process; in the end, they were absolutely delicious! 🍭💖

We had a spooktacular time celebrating Halloween at Keystone Commons!

👻👽 This year was extra special because students from Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School joined us for the costume parade!

✅ Residents voted and the winners were:

😱Scariest to the "cute but psycho" group - Danielle, Kerrie and Alisha.

🐮 Cutest- Nurse Iris in the inflatable cow costume.

🏆 Best overall to the spider girls - Amy, Lynn, Sarah, Barb, Marilyn and Mary from life enrichment.

🍬🎃 Every smile and laugh reminded us that the best part of Halloween isn’t the tricks or the treats, but the joy of celebrating together. 💕✨

🎃🕷️ A Spooktacular Night to Remember 🕷️🎃

Our Halloween Trick-or-Treat Celebration was an absolute hit! 👻 Families joined in with residents and staff for an evening full of 🐛 creepy crawlies, 👽 costumes and TONS of community fun.

The halls were transformed into a festive wonderland of spooky décor, themed backgrounds, stations filled with treats and even a few playful tricks from our amazing residents!😉🍬🎭

🕸️ Professor Bryan — a.k.a. “Professor Bugman” — had everyone intrigued (and a little creeped out!) with his fascinating show featuring his buggy friends. 🐛🕷️

Extra BIG thank-you to the kitchen who served up fabulous food, our residents for dressing up, getting into the spirit and the Life Enrichment Team for bringing it all together! 🎉💕

🎨🖌️ A Lifetime in Color: Helen’s Brilliant Legacy 👩‍🎨

🌷 At 99 years young, Helen dazzled us all with her extraordinary showcase of oil and acrylic paintings — a creative journey that began back in 1958. 🎨

Her elegance shone through in her black lace shawl and statement jewelry, as friends from church and fellow artists gathered to admire not just her art, but her beautiful spirit. 💫

🖌️🎨As a painter, landscape artist, woodworker and sewing wiz — Helen is living proof that creativity never grows old! 💖

Things got deliciously festive in the kitchen this week!

Our Chef’s Club whipped up spider web pizzas and fresh salad for lunch, while our Cottage residents baked a warm, spiced apple cake for dessert. 🍕🥗🍰

Jeannine, Una, Shirley, Christa, Josephine, Harriet, Mary Ellen, Fran, Carole, and Jackie gathered to enjoy the meal family-style. 🧡🍽️ There's something extra special about a meal made — and shared — with love.

What a heartwarming day! 💕

Harriet, Bruce, Jackie C., Dolores C., Christa, Babbette, Ray plus Barb joined by Barb T. and Mary visited Harris Brook Elementary School right here in our hometown of Ludlow, MA.

🧸 We brought along our adorable, handmade Worry Monsters to share with the children and spent time reading stories. 📚💕
