Born October 13th, 2025

It is with the heaviest hearts that we share the passing of our first baby girl.
We’ve been hesitant to share this here, but so many of our clients have walked through this journey with us from beginning to end — and she was so beautiful, she’s worth knowing about.

We’ve taken time away from social media and in-office work to grieve and heal, but we’ll be returning to our full-time schedules starting November 1st.

We have so many exciting things happening at the office — including a few things you all have been asking for, for a long time!!
Think more space, maybe some retail, and possibly even new services? 🤭

Your nervous system was never designed for the pace of today’s world. Slowing down isn’t lazy or a waste of time — it’s necessary.✨

What happens when we don’t slow down?
Our bodies stay in “fight or flight” 🧐👇🏼

Sleep problems - we cant sleep well, or we sleep too much and still feel exhausted.😴
Weakend immunity - the body prioritizes survival over healing. 🤒
Irritability & mood swings - fueled by high adrenaline and cortisol. 😩
Trouble focusing - because our minds are running 100mph. 🏎️💨
So thennn we live in pain because our muscles are constantly staying as tense as our minds. 😣

So take our advice & slow down. You can do it. We believe in you!🤎🐌

We are expecting our first baby, due March 2026. 💞

Throughout this journey, Emily has experienced both good days and some more challenging ones. She’s made adjustments to her availability and massage techniques as needed, and we are so grateful for your kindness, patience, and understanding along the way. Because of your support, she’s been able to make these changes stress-free and is happy to be able to continue seeing her clients!

I just had the best prenatal massage EVER! Life has been very difficult recently with unexpected loss, juggling kids, homeschooling, fostering puppies we found back in December, keeping up with the house, seeing something that needs done and just doing it, cause you know, if not me then who? I'm too capable and stubborn to allow being 9 months pregnant as a reason to stop me from doing any of the above.

I knew my body has been holding onto so much emotionally.. because when is the right time to just let it out without seeming like a basket case? Well.. if we don't let it out, whether we are running from it, or it's not the time, or maybe we just don't know how.. it stores in our body.
