As an independently owned business in the City of Lufkin, we are invested in the future of Lufkin and want to make you aware of this opportunity within our City Government.
For those who are interested in the process of how the dynamics of P&Z actually work, tonight would be a great night to both observe and even participate. No 5 on the agenda is a time set aside as a “workshop” to discuss and elaborate on defining “industrial zoning”. Up to this point it has been a very inclusive definition but times are quickly changing. Providing feedback and contributing with intelligent ideas allows our city to put guardrails in place to both encourage and protect our communities future.
Planning & Zoning meetings as well as City Council meetings are always open to the public and we invite you to attend.
