💛 Spreading a Little Extra Appreciation This Week! 💛

Our Center Office team at Affinity Healthcare put together special goodie bags for several of the facilities our wonderful Case Manager, Rai, visited this week — Summit/Avir of San Augustine, Colonial Pines, Hill Crest Assisted Living, and Pine Grove.

This was just a small way to say thank you to the incredible staff who work so hard each day to care for residents and support families. We are truly grateful for your compassion, partnership, and dedication.
