There are so many amazing resources out there, but sometimes it can get quite overwhelming to navigate them all. If you know me, you know I am all about practical tips and tools. How full is your plate? What are you carrying that maybe isn't yours to carry? We often over schedule ourselves and end up completely depleted. I wonder what it would feel like to give yourself permission to rest in a world that tells us to achieve more, be more, and do more. It's okay to take a step back to recharge and fill your tank. It's okay to give yourself permission to not do it all.

One way to see the areas in which we are over scheduling ourselves it to create a list of all the things that you are involved in. Assess the list and see which items are non-negotiable and which ones can be delegated or paused for the moment. Ask yourself, what do I want my days to look like? What do I enjoy? And how can I create space for those things?

Good Friday is an invitation for us to remember the greatness of His sacrifice. Let us pause and reflect on the power of His love that is beyond measure. As we focus on Jesus' ultimate act of love, may we open our hearts to forgiveness, healing, and peace. The message of Good Friday is one of redemption. Friday brought pain, but Sunday brought Hope. His wounds offer healing and hope for us. ✝️🙌🏻
