I’m back to give you a free workout you can do at home or gym with minimal equipment. For this workout you can go anywhere from 3-5 rounds. ⠀

⁃10 minute HIIT cardio warmup
-10 Barbell Squats—60-70% of your maximum weight
-50 Band Assisted push-ups
-Medicine Ball Hop/Burpee Combo—I went about 20yards (60ft.)
