We’re Jeff and Rachelle Meche, and we’re so excited to finally open the doors to Lagniappe Fitness & Recovery in just 2 days!

This has been a dream of ours for a long time, and we’re so grateful to see it come to life right here in our community. We’ve worked hard to create a space where people can feel welcome, work toward their goals, and focus on their health—body and mind.

This Friday starting at 8:00am, in the middle of all your Black Friday shopping, we’d love for you to swing by, take a quick break, and check us out. Stop in, say hello, and see what we’ve been building.
