Join the Well & Fit ONE weekly Group Training sessions to jumpstart your fitness journey or to get fresh, new ideas for different exercises and workouts! These VIRTUAL sessions can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home and are a reasonable (As low as $9.00/sessions!) way to hold you accountable to your weekly workouts. All sessions are challenging, but manageable and are structured to suit people of all ages and fitness levels. You will enjoy a variety of energy boosting workouts designed to strengthen your muscles, joints, and bones and improve your heart health. Proper form and technique are principal focal points to ensure that you will safely and thoroughly benefit from each workout. Join us on Monday’s (6:00am or 10:30am), Wednesday’s (10:30am), and/or Friday’s (6:00am).
