🤧 Flu vs. Cold: Know the Difference 🦠

Both the common cold and the flu can leave you feeling run down—but they aren’t the same, and knowing the difference can help you take the right steps for recovery.

Here are a few key differences:
👉 Colds usually come on gradually with sneezing, mild fatigue, and a stuffy nose. Fever is rare.

👉 Flu often strikes suddenly with high fever, body aches, chills, and severe fatigue that can last for days.

✅ Bottom Line: If your symptoms appear quickly and hit hard, it’s more likely the flu.
