Summer tip -
Move around! Physical activity can increase endorphins and help you to feel good. Not only is physical activity good for the body (organs, muscles, circulation), it’s also a great stress reliever and can improve memory and thinking. Try to move around every hour and avoid sitting in one place for too long. If you don’t know where to start and need advice, contact a physical therapist for an evaluation to get started on a routine that is right for you!
