Charity Week was filled with energy, generosity, and a community coming together for something bigger than fitness. We’re proud to share that we not only raised support for an amazing cause, but we also exceeded our fundraising goal thanks to our members and team 🙌

Alloy Personal Training Towson… you showed up in a BIG way.

During Charity Week, we set out to raise $1,000 for HopeWell Cancer Support — and thanks to this incredible community, we’ve already surpassed that goal. Stronger together isn’t just a phrase… it’s what you’ve proven all week long.

From rocking the Stronger Together shirts, to filling up our Heart Wall with names of loved ones, to showing up for every session with purpose… this has been something really special.

And we’re not done yet…

This week, we’re proud to support Hopewell Cancer Support — an organization doing incredible work for individuals and families impacted by cancer.

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potato 🍠🔥

Comfort food that actually fuels your goals.

This one is simple, satisfying, and packed with protein for the perfect post workout meal or busy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato
5 oz shredded chicken
2 tbsp light BBQ sauce
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Green onions (optional)

How to make it
Bake the sweet potato, split it open, stuff with BBQ chicken, and top with Greek yogurt.

Protein packed, simple, and perfect for busy mornings 💪🌯

This Breakfast Burrito Bowl is loaded with lean ground turkey, eggs, black beans, and avocado to keep you full, fueled, and ready for the day.

How to make it
1. Brown the ground turkey in a pan with olive oil and seasoning.
2. Sauté the peppers and onions until soft.
3. Warm the black beans.
4. Scramble the eggs.
5. Build your bowl with rice or potatoes, turkey, eggs, beans, and sliced avocado.
