This week, every session has a purpose. We’re proud to be supporting HopeWell Cancer Support with our very first Charity Week, and our goal is to raise $1,000 for individuals and families impacted by cancer.

Here’s how you can help:
$2 donated for every session attended
$25 for every new Google review

Protein packed, simple, and perfect for busy mornings 💪🌯

This Breakfast Burrito Bowl is loaded with lean ground turkey, eggs, black beans, and avocado to keep you full, fueled, and ready for the day.

How to make it
1. Brown the ground turkey in a pan with olive oil and seasoning.
2. Sauté the peppers and onions until soft.
3. Warm the black beans.
4. Scramble the eggs.
5. Build your bowl with rice or potatoes, turkey, eggs, beans, and sliced avocado.

Why Your Warm-Up Matters 💪

A proper warm-up prepares your joints, muscles, and connective tissue for movement, helping lower the risk of strains or pulls before intensity or load increases.
