I’m Venus Ricks, the founder of Vital Sign Home Care.

At Vital Sign Home Care, our focus is on delivering compassionate, dependable in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Everything we do is centered on helping people live with independence, dignity, and comfort right where they feel most at home.

Right now, one of our biggest growth hurdles is expanding our services without losing the personal, high-quality touch that our clients and their families count on. As demand increases, bringing on and training caregivers who truly reflect our values is both a rewarding and challenging part of the journey.

The Future Collective feels like the perfect accelerator for us at this stage. We’re poised for meaningful growth—strengthening our systems, forming new partnerships, and deepening our impact in the community. With the mentorship and support this program offers, I’m confident I can scale Vital Sign Home Care while keeping our mission and heart at the center of everything.

As a founder, caring for others isn’t just a business goal — it’s personal. I started this company to provide the level of care I’d want for my own family, and that purpose continues to guide me every day.
