I’m grateful for the opportunity to be invited to schools like to speak about what I do as a teen therapist! Today I spoke about mental health and AI …..a conversation that needs to be had!

Top 3 takeaways from my presentation:

1. AI isn’t going anywhere.
2. AI is supposed to help you think, not think for you.
3. AI will replace some jobs but not the ones that need a human touch….think healthcare, education, mental health, coaches, creatives, and trades.

We start by getting to know you. For clients under 18, this includes meeting with at least one parent or guardian.

📚 Step 2: Information & Education
Next comes psychoeducation. We help you understand anxiety, depression, or both—so you feel informed and empowered.

🪞 Step 3: Raising Self-Awareness
With support from a therapist, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to build self-understanding.

🛠️ Step 4: Creating an Action Plan
Once we’ve built insight, we co-create a plan with strategies tailored to your needs.

🔁 Step 5: Practice & Support
Change takes practice. We’ll help you apply new tools in real life, with consistent encouragement and check-ins.
