So, today I had the great pleasure of a great Breath workout!

A nice, warm, sunny 32° as I danced, sang, skip hopped and deep breathed around da 'hood for about 20 tracks or roughly an hour.

I had a few distractions, but that's to be expected when you in public doing your thing. Somebody on a Honda stopped, watching me but I assure you I wasn't drunk.

And I wasn't singing to entertain anyone either, I was expanding my lungs. I wasn't singing to "sound good' I was singing for strong vibration.

So, that's how I do it, just so you know,,,,it ain't for show!
