At Advanced Optimal Healthcare, we offer personalized care to each of our members in a timely and focused manner, with full transparent costs and a goal of improving your overall health in the comfort of our office, through telemedicine or in virtual care. Individual members of our practice save thousands of dollars on their healthcare costs in exchange for a low monthly membership (starting at only $55). Included in your membership is access to routine, preventative care and urgent care along with savings on labs, imaging and prescription medications. Employers who partner with Advanced Optimal Healthcare can also save thousands of dollars per employee (per year) when they join our DPC with plans for employees starting at $70 per month.

Meet Dr. Anilda Ortiz

Dr. Anilda Ortiz, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Health and Endocrinology/Diabetes Management. She has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 9 years and a Registered Nurse for over 18 years. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Rhode Island.

She is originally from RI but has been living in FL with her husband and 2 children since 2002 and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2005. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading and dancing.

Her passion is to help others feel good and live healthy happy lives by providing holistic personalized care.
