I’ve been seeing Dr. Alexandra for over two years now.. my initial visits were during my pregnancy, I’ve brought all of my kids in, including my newborn. Just recently I was having discomfort in my ribs during sharp inhales (stress tension), I shared the concern during my adjustment and I walked out completely pain free. It’s my favorite day of the week, coming to Optimal Health for an adjustment and now red light therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Alexandra to anyone looking to improve their health care and quality of life, she’s really incredible.
