Apparently my iPhone decided it wanted to join me for coffee this morning… and now it’s on an unexpected spa retreat in a bowl of rice.

Description:
Guardian Angel & Alien Mother is a meditation on polarity, perspective, and perception — a painting that transforms depending on its orientation.

In its upright form, she reveals herself as the Guardian Angel — wings outstretched, heart radiant, and eyes spiraling with the sacred intelligence of protection. The geometry is balanced and symmetrical, offering both safety and awakening. Neon and UV-reactive outlines shimmer like a living aura, glowing under blacklight as if the being itself is made of light.

But when the canvas is inverted, an entirely new consciousness emerges: the Alien Mother — cosmic, ancient, and all-seeing. What once appeared angelic becomes galactic; wings become antennas, heart becomes portal, and the viewer’s sense of “up” and “down” dissolves. This duality invites reflection on how perspective shapes meaning — how shifting one’s view can reveal hidden truth.

The mirrored spirals represent breath, time, and infinity — one clockwise, one counterclockwise — the inhale and exhale of creation. The interplay of daylight geometry and nightlight glow reminds us that divinity is not fixed; it is fluid, multidimensional, and alive within us.

This piece is both painting and portal — a living meditation on balance, vision, and the sacred art of seeing differently.

Friday was all about preparation, intention, and breath. We set the space, tended to the fire, and gathered our mats beneath the trees as the sun softened into evening. Yes, you read that right.
I’m biologically 13 years younger than my actual age — and feeling stronger, clearer, and calmer than ever.

Here’s the part most people don’t talk about
I still carry autoimmune biomarkers (ANA positive), which simply means my immune system has history.
But that does not mean I have rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or any active autoimmune disease — because I don’t.

What changed everything was learning how to optimize my body’s detox and drainage pathways.
