Both are living intelligence.
Both organize, communicate, distribute resources, and heal.

Living systems don’t rely on isolated parts —
they rely on connective intelligence.

Whether we call it fascia in the body
or mycelium in the soil,
it’s the same truth expressed at different scales.

When the connective network is healthy,
everything else thrives.

As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to wish you and your families a beautiful, blessed, and positive holiday season.

This year has stretched me, grown me, and brought the most aligned people to my table — I’m grateful for every single one of you.

My final South Florida massage marathon of 2025 is set for:
Sunday, Nov 30 – Wednesday, Dec 3.
Right now I still have openings on Sunday and Tuesday, and they’re already starting to fill.

A little late posting, but Zen Awakening was everything I didn’t know I needed.
Being welcomed into the Katukina space and surrounded by so many aligned people felt incredible.

And Tree — this tall, kind, grounded soul — was a memorable part of the weekend.
I supported him a few times to help him stay more comfortable and moving well, and his attitude through everything was inspiring.
Grateful our paths crossed out there.

I came home clear, grounded, and deeply inspired.
