Pose by Pose Yoga has classes open to the public that are appropriate for all levels. We also offer a Teacher Training Program with an overview into the most popular styles of yoga taught today. Your journey through the program will expose you to everything from gentle to power yoga, as well as a comprehensive exposure to anatomy through the guise of Leslie Kaminoff’s Yoga Anatomy program and in-depth discussions of the Yoga Sutras. We are a Yoga Alliance compliant school offering both 200, 500 hour and Prenatal training certificates.
