Tai Chi
Weekly Classes will Run
Sunday's May 3-24th
3:00-4:00pm
Tai Chi is a low-impact, mind-body practice originating in China that combines slow, gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation.
Often described as "meditation in motion," it aims to improve physical health—such as balance, flexibility, and strength—while reducing stress.
It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Class will be held Sunday's at 3pm for the first 4 weeks in May we will hope to expand the offerings and will use this as a way to see how much interest in the activity there is.
$20 drop in per class

Active, Lineage Holder
Student of Master Nick Scrima for 20+ years. Attended workshops with Grandmaster Chen. Medalist in the International Chinese Martial Arts Championship.
