April Fitness Challenge - Slam Ball Sit-ups

Day 1. Measure waist and weigh yourself

Days 1-30. Do 100 slam ball sit-ups with a 20 lbs. slam ball (or lighter if necessary)

Day 30. Measure your waist and weigh yourself again.
