Level Up! Groups 1, 2, and 3 AND AN EXTENTION GROUP
A 12-Week Executive Function and Emotional Empowerment Group. Does your child/teen struggle to stay organized, manage time, follow through on tasks, regulate big emotions, and believe in their own potential? Level Up is a 12-week therapeutic group designed specifically for students who are ready to build essential life skills in a supportive, fun and interactive environment. Through engaging activities, group discussions, and evidence-based strategies, students will develop greater independence, confidence, and the tools they need to Level Up both in and out of the classroom.
Level Up! Group 1
Duration: 12 weeks
Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting Sunday, February 8th and ending May 3rd. No group on Easter Sunday.
Time: 5:00-6:00pm

Emotion Regulation and Friendship Builders Group
This co-ed, therapeutic group is designed for children ages 8-10 who benefit from support with emotional regulation, social skills, and peer relationships. Through engaging activities, games, and guided discussions, children will learn to better understand their emotions, manage big feelings, and respond to challenges in a healthy way. The group focuses on building key friendship skills such as communication, perspective-taking, cooperation, and problem-solving. This group is a great fit for children who: get overwhelmed by big emotions, struggle with peer relationships, or social confidence, have difficulty with frustration, transitions, or conflict, could benefit from extra support building friendship skills.
Emotion Regulation and Friendship Builders Group
Duration: 12 weeks
Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting on Monday, February 9th, ending April 27th.
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Ages: 8-10

Friendship with Confidence: Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
The tween and early-teen years can be a time when friendships feel complicated and confidence can take a hit. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work is a co-ed therapeutic group designed to help youth ages 12-14 build stronger social skills, confidence, and sense of belonging. The group focuses on skills such as assertiveness, perspective taking, problem solving, handling peer conflict and managing self-doubt. This group may be a great fit for youth who: struggle with confidence and self-esteem, find it hard to make or maintain friendships, feel left out, shy, or unsure in group settings, benefit from support navigating peer dynamics and teamwork.
Friendship with Confidence: Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
Duration: 12 weeks
Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting on Tuesday, February 10th, ending April 28th.
Time: 6:15-7:15pm

Navigating Girlhood
A 10-week Friendship, Self-Esteem Building, Girls Empowerment Group. Does your daughter struggle to establish and maintain positive friendships, stay out of drama, and believe the best in herself? Navigating Girlhood is a therapeutic group designed specifically for pr***en girls who are ready to embark on a journey of seeing the best in themselves and in others in a supportive, fun and interactive environment. Through engaging activities, group discussions, and evidence-based strategies, girls will develop great confidence, stronger friendships, and the tools they need to more successfully navigate the ups and downs of adolescent in girlhood.

Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting on Wednesday, February 25th, ending April 29th.

Coping Skills Toolbox Group
The middle school years can bring big emotions, increased stress, and new challenges. The Coping Skills Toolbox Group is a supportive, co-ed group designed to help youth ages 12-14, learn healthy ways to manage stress, emotions, and everyday challenges. Skills may include emotional awareness, calming techniques, and healthy ways to handle frustration, worry or overwhelm. This group may be helpful for youth who: feel overwhelmed by stress or strong emotions, struggle with anxiety, frustration, or self-confidence, want to learn healthy coping strategies, benefit from connection and support with peers.
Coping Skills Toolbox Group
Duration: 10 weeks
Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting on Thursday, February 12th, ending April 23rd. No group on April 16th.
Time: 5:00-6:00pm
Ages - 12-14

Teen Social Skills Group
The teen years can make friendships and social situations feel challenging. This co-ed social skills group is designed to help teens build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and feel more comfortable connecting with others. This group may be a good fit for teens who: struggle with social confidence or anxiety, have difficulty making or keeping friends, feel shy, awkward, or unsure in group settings, want support building communication and relationship skills.

Frequency: Weekly sessions, starting on Thursday, February 12th, ending April 23rd. No group April 16th.

Healthy Relationships and Boundaries Group
This co-ed group is designed to support older teens and young adults as they learn how to build respectful, balanced, and healthy relationships with friends, family and romantic partners. Our goal is to help young people feel empowered to form relationships that are safe, respectful, and supportive. This group may be a good fit for those who: want to build healthier friendships or romantic relationships, struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing, have difficulty communicating needs or expectations, are preparing for greater independence and adulthood.
