I'm so excited to be part of the stellar team at Interlude Wellness as we roll out a full schedule starting this January! I'll be offering a slow flow vinyasa style yoga class to kick off your Wednesday mornings at 7:30 am, as well as pop-up and specialty classes like Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing Experience on January 18.

They also have some 6 am movement classes on the lineup, so if you've been hankering for a before-work option in the Greater Hazleton Area, this is your chance!

Interlude Wellness is located inside the Gottstein Building at 573 CAN DO Expressway (Route 924) in Hazle Township, PA, next door to the Tap at Humboldt, and is convenient to Greater Hazleton, Eagle Rock Resort Community, and Exit 143 off I-81.
