Join us for a pop-up Hot Pilates class led by Myra, who has been committed to her practice since 2015. She teaches to create more representation in wellness spaces so women, especially women of color, can see a familiar and welcoming face when they walk into the studio.

Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact training system that blends Pilates principles with HIIT in a heated room around 85+ degrees. Expect core focused strength, sculpting sequences, and the kind of energy that builds muscle and confidence from the inside out.
