Happy National Doctors Day to our very own Dr. Jeffrey Smith!

Dr. Smith has been a valued member of our team for 15 years. He practices full-time at Three Rivers Community Health Group and also serves occasionally at Perry County Medical Center. If you know Dr. Smith, you know how deeply he cares about his family and how passionate he is about his work.

🦷 Now Hiring: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and make a difference in the oral health of our community!

As an RDH, you will provide preventive dental care such as cleanings, periodontal treatments, fluoride applications, sealants, and radiographs. You’ll assess oral health conditions, assist in developing treatment plans, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and the connection between oral and overall health. This role focuses on serving diverse and underserved populations while supporting community health initiatives and outreach.

Job Requirements:
• Current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Active CPR certification
• This position will be shared between both locations: Perry County Dental Clinic and Three Rivers Community Health Group–Hickman
