The scale only tells you 𝗼𝗻𝗲 thing:
•how much you weigh
But it tells you 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 about:
• how much 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 you have
• how much fat you’re carrying
• how hydrated you are
• how your 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 is functioning
Because here’s the 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛:
• Losing weight ≠ getting healthy
• Losing muscle will actually slow your metabolism
• The goal is fat loss + 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 preservation (or gain)
The scale might not move…
