Time to reset, refocus, and stack wins all April long.

Rules:
• Sign your name
• Add a tally for every goal you hit
• Every tally = 1 point
• Let’s chase 1,000 points this month 💯

Weekly Focus:

Activity Goal:
• 8,000–12,000 steps daily
• 30–60 minutes of movement

Water Goal:
• 0.5–0.75 oz per lb of bodyweight
• Roughly 80–120 oz daily

Sleep Goal:
• 7–8 hours per night

Protein Goal:
• 0.7–1.0 g per lb of bodyweight
• Hit protein in 3 meals
