These individuals can sound very credible and may use the names of actual funeral homes and employees.

Please remember: we will never request payment over the phone. If you receive a call of this nature, do not share any personal information and end the call immediately.

If you ever have questions or feel uncertain about anything related to your loved one’s arrangements, please reach out to the funeral home directly—day or night—to speak with a licensed funeral director. We also encourage you to notify family members and inform the funeral home if you are targeted by such a call.
