Sattva Yoga and Wellness Center Visit our Nonviolence Center. A comfortable and safe space is provided for participants to practice yoga and meditation at an affordable cost.

Sattva Yoga and Wellness Center- a 501(c)(3) non-profit "wellness community" offering yoga, meditation, tai chi, Taekwondo, counseling, health and wellness coaching, massage therapy, dance classes, and veterans' programs. Sattva Center provides yoga and meditation practices along with instructional classes to the Lynchburg and surrounding community at 300 12th Street, Lynchburg, Virginia 24504. These activities support the process of “discovery and recovery” for those seeking to live a healthy lifestyle and help release mental and emotional stress. Community support practices and memberships are available monthly. Recovery yoga and meditation practices are available for those committed to sobriety.
