There are moments in life when the pieces begin to fall into place.

When the larger picture becomes clear.

A quiet recognition of the soul’s calling.
A returning home to the self.
A step into the sovereignty of who we are.

This past week, I had the deep honor of answering the call of my heart, answering the call of the Divine Cosmic Mother, to step forward as a channel for holding and guiding others as they remember their way back to themselves.

For many years, I have been calling in sacred medicine siblings.

And as I sat in circle this week with ten others, it felt like coming home.

Like prayers answered.

I know now that we are forever connected through the mycelial network that grows from our hearts — a living thread in the web of life, love, and shared medicine.

Each of us brought our own spirit, medicine, and gifts.

Together, our medicine creates a ripple into the collective.

This week, we stood at the threshold of our own healing so that we may step forward as ceremonial guides — holding spaces where others may feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore their inner landscapes.

Something within me crossed a quiet threshold as well.

Gratitude does not feel like a large enough word for what I feel.

I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to walk this path and for the teachers and guides who helped hold the doorway open.

Alicia, Kat, and Candace — thank you for the way you hold this work with such integrity.
For your boundaries.
For your humanity.
For your willingness to be seen in your truth while remaining firmly rooted on the path.

It is an honor to walk beside you.

This experience will continue to ripple through the spaces I hold in ceremony, in mentorship, and in the work that unfolds in my heart.

The path continues.
And I walk it with deep humility, devotion, and trust.

Grateful to this circle and the sacred medicines that guide the work.

There is a rhythm here that doesn’t rush you.

The Sacred Green Path is held as a long, slow arc - April through December - with time to arrive, deepen, integrate, and return.

Each gathering carries the spaciousness of a retreat while being rooted in a committed, ongoing circle.

There is room to soften, and a steady invitation to keep coming back to yourself.

If you’ve been following along and quietly wondering if this path might be for you, you’re welcome to reach out with questions.

We begin circling on April 17.
Those traveling from afar are warmly welcomed.

A personal heart share...

Twelve years ago, Shauna and I met at my first herb school in Vermont.

She became one of my greatest teachers in presence—
through vulnerability,
through honesty,
through the way she met life and allowed herself to be seen.

In the last six months of her life, I had the honor of walking closely with her—caretaking, listening, learning how to stay with love in the face of impermanence. During that time, my relationship with plants deepened in my understanding of how they support the emotional heart. How they accompany us in tenderness, fear, love, and grief.

One difficult day, she said to me,
“People are going to forget me. They’ll move on and never say my name again.”

And I told her the truth—that people do move on, because we must live. That living fully is part of honoring those we love.
And I also told her this -
You will not be forgotten.
You have children. You have your mother. You have friends who love you.
And I will forever speak your name.

If you’ve been here, you’ve probably walked through Shauna’s Garden.
If you’ve worked with me closely, you’ve seen her photo watching over the workshop or felt her presence in ceremony.
Her spirit has moved quietly through so much of the work held on this land.

Today marks seven years since she crossed the rainbow bridge.

There is something sacred about speaking the names of our beloveds aloud.
About remembering them in the living field.
About letting love continue to move through us in this way.

Thank you for dancing, singing, laughing, crying, and rejoicing on the Earth with me.
It is an honor to have walked with you, sister.
I know we will smell the sweetness of flowers together again. ✨

I walk this path as a daughter of the earth — not above it, not separate from it, but woven into it.

I believe healing begins with remembering where we belong.

Belonging to our bodies.
Belonging to the land beneath our feet.
Belonging to something older and steadier than the noise of the world.

The spaces I hold are shaped by years of tending land, studying plants, and learning how to stay present with what is uncomfortable, tender, and real.

This work is relationship.

And relationship asks us to show up honestly.

You are welcome to walk with me.

The snow is melting.
The sun is coming back.

The days are stretching
and something is shifting.

It feels like standing at the edge -
feet on the earth, not rushing.

Each step forward meets the ground.
And we are held.

Sacred Sound Journey · Group Gathering
Sunday, February 22 · 4–6pm

Tending the nervous system back into presence.

Through vibration, rhythm, and resonance,
we create space for the body to soften,
for the breath to deepen,
and for what has been held to gently release.

This is a small group gathering held in care and intention —
a place to rest, listen, and be supported by sound.

✨ Space is limited

Ah, the sweet scent of rose.

One breath, one gentle inhale,
and the body receives her medicine.

Rose is a master healer of the heart.
An ally in love, in grief, and in the tender places we carry quietly.

She teaches the warrior how to soften.
How to loosen the grip.
How to meet the thorns we have carried and gently remove them.

Not with force, but with love.

A Valentine for the nervous system -
A cup of rose tea.

This land has taught me how to walk softly.

How to listen before acting.
How to stay when things are quiet, cold, or uncertain.

I’ve learned that tending a path is less about knowing where you’re going
and more about how you place your feet along the way.

This way of walking shapes the work I hold.

For those who feel called, this way of walking lives inside the Sacred Green Path mentorship.
