CCPS is participating in the CEP Program for the 2022/2023 school year; all CCPS students are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch free of charge.

It is with great sadness that I write to you today to verify that the rumors are true, and Tender Hearts has closed. Tender Hearts Respiratory patients have been transferred to the appropriate providers for continuous care & all patients that had placed their breast pump order were setup prior to closing. Unfortunately all future breast pump orders will need to be processed thru AeroFlow or EdgePark, both online companies. It has been an absolute pleasure working with our community all of these years (since 2005!) & we appreciate each and every referral and connection made. It has been the greatest pleasure of our lives to care for the families in our community and we hope to be able to continue to do so in some capacity.
