We have great news to share! The Summit will offer outpatient therapy services through Functional Pathways and home care services to residents.

Additionally, AgeSmart, LifeSpire’s continuing care at home program, is now available to qualifying residents and to older adults in the surrounding Lynchburg area. This addition makes it easier than ever to access personalized support, wellness resources and our growing continuum of services.
