I'm so excited. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025-2030 gave us an updated food pyramid. It's finally starting to reflect what holistic nutrition has been saying all along. Emphasizing whole, minimally processed foods with a focus on fruits and vegetables and high quality protein and fats.

I always like to Kick off a new season with a fresh start! 🍃 This Winter, in lieu of the more intense detoxes or cleanses I've done, I listened to my body and opted for a gentler approach, because that's what I need this season.
