LYNN ALERTS: A citywide parking ban will take effect Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:00 PM. Vehicles must be removed from all city streets to allow snow pre-treatment and plowing beginning at 11:00 PM. Snow parking lots open at 8:00 PM. Vehicles left on the street will be ticketed and towed. Towed vehicles will be located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site). The Lynn Public Library will be closed Saturday, February 7, and all scheduled school activities are canceled. More information at

PARKING BAN WILL LIFT AT 6:00 am.

You will need to move your car from any school parking lot BY 8AM.

No vehicles may park on a public street or sidewalk during a declared snow emergency. Residents can move their vehicles to designated city parking lots once the snow parking ban is announced. Vehicles must be removed promptly from these lots at the end of a snow emergency or they will be towed.
