Healthy Streets provides harm reduction services and syringe service programming in Lynn, Salem, Chelsea and Lowell. Healthy Streets is also part of the North Shore Overdose Response Team serving Salem, Chelsea, Saugus, Peabody and Beverly which provides harm reduction services, Naloxone (Narcan) and non-judgmental and non-coercive support post overdose. Healthy Streets provides harm reduction services to people who use drugs and their social networks. Healthy Streets offers health and safety supplies such as condoms, bleach kits and other risk reduction supplies, syringe service programming, overdose prevention, recognition, response training and Naloxone (Narcan). We can link you to services for substance use treatment such as detoxification, outpatient counseling, methadone, Suboxone or Vivitrol and any other programs that you are interested in. We offer HIV, Hepatitis C, chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis testing free of charge to you. We are a staffed with a nurse medical case manager and can connect you to various medical and mental health services. All services are free, abstinence is not required for services, care or respect.
