Hello! My name is Britten and I am excited to be partnering with Next Step Pregnancy Services as a FEMM and teenFEMM Instructor.

While becoming certified in FEMM, I fell in love with learning about women's health and hormones. I have also taken classes in postpartum charting and am currently getting certified in hormone coaching. My desire is to walk with women at any stage of life and help them better understand their bodies, hormones, and cycle to see its intrinsic beauty. Currently I have four children, and when I am not learning about women's health or changing diapers, I love baking, exploring nature, and DIY projects. I would love to work with you wherever you are on your journey!
