WITH OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE, SKILLED NURSING AND SUB-ACUTE SOCIAL WORK, SHAYE HAS GUIDED MANY FAMILIES THROUGH THE DIFFICULT PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING THE RIGHT LEVEL OF CARE AND FINDING APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO MEET THE OFTEN COMPLEX NEEDS OF VULNERABLE SENIOR LOVED ONES. JESSICA HAS A BACKGROUND IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND IS ESPECIALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENT OPTIONS. SHE PERSONALLY CONDUCTS AN ON-SITE SCREENING OF EACH ADULT FAMILY HOME, ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY REFERRED BY ASCAS TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE PLACEMENT. SHAYE AND JESSICA ARE DEDICATED TO HELPING SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES AS WELL AS EXPERIENCED AT RECOGNIZING THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF SENIORS AND COORDINATION OF SERVICES, RESOURCES AND SUPPORT TO MEET THOSE NEEDS. ALDERWOOD SENIOR CARE ADVISORY SERVICE'S CONSULTING REGISTERED NURSES ADD THE LEVEL OF CLINICAL ASSESSMENT AND OVERSIGHT NECESSARY TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE CARE PLAN FOR EACH CLIENT.
