This year, the need is greater than ever — and we’re stepping up to support our community!

We’re collecting non-perishable food items at both our Lynnwood and Redmond locations, with a goal of 150 items to donate to the Lynnwood Food Bank.

Every dollar, toiletry item, can, box, or bag makes a difference. ❤️

🎉 Cole’s hard work paid off! Before vision therapy, he could barely see—especially out of his right eye. Now his right eye isn’t crossing as often, and he’s sharper than ever when focusing on the ball in sports. His favorite part? Virtual Reality! 💪

We couldn’t be prouder of Emma, one of our amazing vision therapy graduates! 🌟 Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside her as she discovered her strengths, grew in confidence, and unlocked her true potential.
Emma has soared both in and out of the classroom—earning top honors in her graduating class, competing at state in multiple sports, leading community service efforts, and even finding her passion for the sciences as she heads toward her dream of becoming a naturopathic doctor. 💙
What inspires us most is not just Emma’s accomplishments, but the way she’s embraced her unique journey with courage, hard work, and heart. Watching her grow into a confident young woman who does things her way has been a joy and an honor.

Before starting Vision Therapy at Alderwood Vision Therapy & Development, Edna struggled with eye fatigue, skipped lines while reading, and had difficulty with balance and depth perception.

Now? She’s THRIVING! 🎉
💪 Her gymnastic skills improved
📖 She reads above grade level
🧠 Learning is easier and more fun!

We’re so proud of Siya and her amazing progress. She shared,

August is Children’s Vision and Learning Month—a time to celebrate the powerful connection between how we see and how we learn. To help spread the word, we’re inviting young artists to show the world how vision makes learning possible! This year’s theme is “See Smart. Be Smart!”, and we’re calling on kids ages 5–12 to create a one-of-a-kind drawing that shows how vision helps them learn, play, and grow.
