Lately I’ve been holding a new body of vocal activation work for women who feel blocked in their voice, life force, or expression and know something inside them is ready to open and move.

So many of us carry unexpressed emotion, tension, and old stories in our bodies… especially in the throat.

When that energy begins to release, the SoulVoice can come back online.

Expression begins to flow again through our creativity, our leadership, and the way we show up in the world.

These are intimate 1:1 sessions I hold in my home in Lyons (and online).

Together we weave sound, light language, healing touch, somatic release, and akashic remembrance in a ceremonial space where your body can soften and your authentic voice can begin to emerge.

What I often witness in these sessions is a deep energetic uncorking.

Blocked energy begins to move.
Emotion releases.
The voice awakens.

From that place, authentic expression, confidence, and embodied leadership begin to grow.

Your feminine energy is inherent, it’s not something that you need a technique or modality to help you unleash access or create.

It will naturally flow and emerge when there’s a proper container in place to hold an honor at safely.

But we, as women, have been trained to outsource containment.
We look to the masculine to give us boundaries, protection, direction.
And we label containment as a masculine energy.

But that’s not the full truth.

Containment is woven into your feminine coding.
It’s built into your energy system.
It’s built into your body.

We’re designed to have strong boundaries, a solid aura, a protective shield around our space.

Think of the literal containments that our womb provides, she is a container for creative energy.🤲🏼

I have a lot of Virgo in my chart, so I know, I intimately know what it’s like to struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, and unworthiness.🫠

And it’s been a big pattern to reprogram.

A core reason I chose to step away from the ‘gram for over a year was because I hadn’t yet learned how to show up in a way where I wasn’t outsourcing my worthiness and seeking validation from others outside of me.

There were moments of nervous system whiplash; sharing and posting in my work, only to be left feeling drained and disconnected after.

And there were layers of not fully knowing what my most authentic expression was, which created subtle dissonance in my system that eventually led to burnout.

As I’ve strengthened my capacity to source approval from only my Highest Self and God, I’ve kept receiving guidance and messages from my guides about how important it is to bring this new level of authenticity and rawness in community, work, and my relationships.

The words in these slides are a lesson I’m integrating, one that’s cellularly downloaded into my body over the past year and a half.

And it’s finally coming into deeper cohesion, so that I can show up here, steady in myself, my worth, and my artistry.

This is the shift. And I’m so here for it. How about you?💫

Everything in my life has been rearranging itself around my voice.🎶

My soul just can’t hold back the desire to sing any longer.

When I was little, I would sing instead of speak.

But after some painful experiences, my voice became buried and fractured…
and the healing work I’ve done over the past decade has been, in so many ways,
about remembering how to set her free.

My inner child is so full of joy knowing that singing gets to be
a forever part of my life…
and that others can receive healing through my songs and transmissions.
She’s just… stoked. 🧚

I’ve loved the work I’ve offered through yoga and somatics so deeply…
those teachings changed me from the inside out.
They’ll forever be part of my medicine and a core component of what I offer. And I’ve been so blessed to pass this medicine forward in the teachings, retreats and programs I’ve shared in my offerings thus far.

But now, a new thread is being woven into the tapestry of my life and service -
calling me to bring voice and sound to the very center of my offerings.

What a journey it’s been to finally see myself and know myself
as a musical artist with valuable gifts to share. 🥹😭

Coming into connection with ALL of yourself is a practice of meeting the vast and diverse expressions of who you are - your inner child, teenager, and other parts of yourself - with curiosity and compassion.

Meeting ourselves in this way can feel confrontational or even like an internal battle.

…Fighting against how we’re feeling.
…One part trying to control another.
…Collapsing into the ‘shoulds.’
…Facing our imperfections, past burdens, and regrets.

There is so much shame that can come up during the process of creating harmony within ones Self… and this is one of the ways in which we need to implement somatics.

As much as talk therapy helps us heal, the lasting change might feel like it falls short. This is why many who have used talk therapy throughout their lives often eventually feel they’ve met the end of their progress with therapy.

The parts of the Self live within the body and without infusing somatics, it’s like we’re making a long distance phone call trying to mend a conflict between you and a lover. Yes, possible, but also much harder than speaking in person and having the opportunity to hold one another, witness one another fully, and feel one another.

This is why many people say a somatic healing practice transcends years of therapy.
