There have been updates to SNAP eligibility rules that affect some able bodied adults receiving benefits. Work, training, and volunteer requirements are evolving.

Have you heard? Thanks to the NYS Affordable Broadband Act, income-qualified households in New York can now access low-cost home internet for $15–$20/month, including fees and taxes.

211 can assist with enrollment navigation by appointment, guiding families through the process to get connected. Households may qualify if they participate in programs like SNAP, Medicaid, Free or Reduced-Price Lunch, and more.
