1. Let your body feel, not fix.
Sadness isn’t a problem to solve. It’s energy asking to move through you. Give yourself permission to feel it without rushing to “get over it.”

2. Move gently.
Emotions are physical. Walk. Stretch. Dance slowly. Shake. Cry. Float. Let your body help the emotion move out, instead of trapping it in.

3. Breathe deeper than your thoughts.
When you slow down your breath, your body starts to trust that it’s safe to let go. Try long exhales or sighs that feel like relief.

4. Make space for silence.
Turn off the noise — the phone, the conversations, the expectations. Stillness helps your nervous system process what words can’t.

5. Be witnessed.
Share your heart with someone who can hold space without judgment — a friend, therapist, or even the water in a float tank. Feeling seen helps emotions release.

6. Cry — fully.
Tears are detox. The pressure you feel in your chest or throat often just wants an exit. Don’t hold it back; it’s medicine.

7. Use grounding touch.
Place your hand on your heart or belly. Feel your warmth. It signals safety to your body, helping emotions flow instead of freeze.

8. Float. Literally.

About T-float

T-Float was born November 18, 2019. It turned into a beautiful and sacred place where anyone could enjoy the benefits of salt in a liquid form. Where everyone who is dealing with any type of problems can come and have a totally different and unique experience.

We are locally owned, small family based business. First we heard about floating from Joe Rogan's podcasts, looked into them and had to try them out. From the first float we fell in love. We felt so relaxed and calm, kind of like you feel leaving chiropractors office. At first I didn't feel comfortable getting into the square form chamber that had water inside and close myself in there, as I am afraid of water. But once I did, the water just picked me up and I was on top of it just laying there weightless. Never felt that sensation of anti-gravity and it was new and cool thing to me. Once I was laying there calm, focusing on my breath, I lost the sensation of water and only thing I could here was my heartbeat and my breath. That's then I realized the importance of life.
