Excited to share something really special...
10 years ago, a girl came on my retreat with her mom in Baja — and something about that week stuck with her. Her name is Rena, and now, a decade later, she’s leading her own retreat - www.luanaretreats.com, pouring her heart into creating a space that changed her life once before.
She wrote this, and I couldn’t be more proud to share it:
“10 years ago, I went on a retreat in Baja with my mama — led by a man named David who unknowingly changed my life. Something cracked open in me that week. I was just a kid, but I remember feeling something I hadn’t before: freedom, presence, me.
Growing up, yoga and retreats were always a part of my world, but somewhere along the way — trying to be someone I wasn’t — I lost that connection.
It wasn’t until I found the ocean, started surfing, returned to my practice, and began reconnecting with my spirituality that I started to truly find myself again.
Now, I finally get to create that space for you.
A space to slow down. To move. To dive deep — into the water, into your body, into your soul. This retreat is for those who feel a little lost, a little stuck, or just ready to remember who they are.
I am bringing together a small and intimate group of women to surf, dive, breathe, journal, move, and step into the most aligned version of ourselves.
And I can’t wait to share my favorite untouched corner of the world with you — a place full of raw beauty, stillness, and the kind of connection that changes everything.
