Edward Franklin Jenkins Sr. was born on January 12, 1933 in Chipley Florida, to William Troy Jenkins and Robbie Jenkins. He attended Colombia High school in Lake City, Florida graduating in 1952. Following graduation, he met the love of his life, Lorraine Esther Kelly and they married on July 31,
